Early Release Wednesday
Good afternoon friends and colleagues,
We are beginning to organize our next Wellness Wednesday Afternoon, which will take place during early release on Wednesday, January 13th.
As we have done in previous Wellness Wednesdays, we are looking for leaders to help us lead a one-hour session from 3:45pm to 5:00pm. If you are interested in leading an activity, please contact Priya to discuss which type of activity you would like to lead. Please email me at vpriya@aischennai.org. Let us know what resources one may need to attend the session.
Sign-ups will open for participants at 4pm on Friday, January 7th, 2021. We look forward to our Wellness Wednesday Afternoon!

Wellness Academy - Applications

Mindfulness Celebration
The Mindfulness committee invites you to join our first-ever 'Mindfulness Celebration' that is scheduled for December 4th, 12:00-1:00pm. Our goal is to share out and celebrate with the AISC faculty all of the learnings that happened while we took the Mindful Schools courses.
You can participate in this celebration in two ways: as a guide to lead a mindfulness activity of your choice or just as a participant. Some suggestions for activities could be mindful eating, singing, tapping, physical activity, chanting, music, poems, drawing- there is no limit to what we can bring mindfulness to. The plan is to offer two, 15-minute sessions during the one hour window we have so you can sign up to lead 1 or 2 sessions.
If you are inspired to lead a session, please fill out
this form by this Thursday (3-day break!).
