Welcome to another semester of Wellness Academy. We are excited to be back on campus. If you wish to offer your colleagues a Wellness Session kindly fill out this form.
We hope to hear from you and would love any support you can provide as we strive to support our staff and faculty's well-being in these times of uncertainty.
We will begin the Wellness Academy in March and it will run until school ends in June. Dates are yet to be finalised. These classes can be offered before the school day begins or after school hours.

Hello friends and colleagues, It is that wonderful time of year again!
Operation Appreciation Treat Days are a small way that faculty and staff can show our gratefulness to the behind-the-scenes workers at AISC for all that they do each day. It is our hope that each person signing up will be able to prepare and bring in at least 25 treats for sharing with the staff of the school. These can be anything from Packaged Cookies, Indian Sweets to Savoury Snacks or other delectables! Please make sure you buy these readymades and ensure they are packaged to avoid any inconvenience with security while being delivered. Click Here to sign up.
This form allows you to:
1) CONFIRM your participation in the Monday, 14th February, Operation Appreciation. The Delivery chart will be sent to those who sign up.
2) Offer any suggestions!
If you are unable to participate this time around, please don't worry! We will have many more opportunities this year! Thank you!

Valentines Day
Valentines day will be celebrated across the world on Monday the 14th of February 2022. There are blank Valentine cards in Sonias office and Hazels office. Please take this opportunity to send your friends at work a note of love and appreciation.

Happy Pongal
Wishing you all a very Happy Pongal. Pongal as you know is just around the corner. It is our version of Thanksgiving. To those who are new Pongal is a four-day festivity. It will be celebrated between the 14th and 17th of January. We dedicate it to the Hindu Sun God which matches also with Makar Sankranti, the harvest festival. The four day festivities include Thai Pongal, Mattu Pongal and Kaanum Pongal. People celebrate Bhogi Pongal, a day prior to Thai Pongal. This the day we discard all the old stuff in our homes. You will experience a lot of smoke on this day as there will be a lot of burning happening in your area.
